About the Founder
I've spent over 10 years building software systems, from idea-stage startups to enterprise platforms. I've seen firsthand how the right technical leadership can make or break a startup, and how the wrong hire can drain resources and momentum.
I've realized that most early-stage startups don't need a full-time CTO. They need trusted technical leadership that can build the product the user wants. Finding that person is critical to the success of your startup. That's why I created Chrysopoeic Solutions.
I've also had experience in multiple companies where an outsourced team helped them build a product but a non-technical leader wasn't able to track the mistakes they were making along the way. This is why one of our core tenants is radical transparency. At any point you can find out what is happening and why.
